A Small Russet & White Dog in Uniform

A most unusual and very fine quallity small russet and white spaniel. The dog stands on hind legs with drum at his feet wearing a tricorn hat in front of a cannon.  So far the source of this figure has not been found and we believe that it is unique. It could well have been a mascot during the Crimean war but this is just a guess.
