A very fine pair of large spill vase figures depicting proud standing tan horses, both with one front leg raised. This superb original true pair are in mint perfect condition and would make a fantastic decorative pair. The horses have been recorded in several forms of decoration using the same moulds, circus performing pairs decorated with gold stars, plain white, black, and also with zebra stripes. Made in Staffordshire, England c1860.
