A fine figure of a shepherdess, seated and wearing a plumed hat, seated on a grassy mound she wears a long short sleeved dress, one arm resting on her lap, the other arm around a lamb that has its hind legs on grassy rockwork and its fore hooves in her lap. This figure is in perfect condition and was possibly produced by the Dudson factory Staffordshire, England c1840.
