A desirable russet and white Scottish terrier, having just court a rat. This dog could be a version of ‘Billy the Rat Catcher” or of representing the old tradition of ‘rat baiting’.

This is a very rare dog figure, one of a pair, the other is shown with a dead hedgehog at his feet. Made by the Alpha factory.
