An unusual small figure of Shakespeare‘s Hamlet standing on a circular base, wearing a plumed hat, cloak, and underneath a shirt and short trousers, holding a skull in his left hand, his right arm across his chest. I would imagine this figure pairs with Ophelia. These figures are based on a number of engravings from the Tallis Shakespeare Gallery, this one inscribed ‘ John Kemble as Hamlet‘ Alas Poor Yorick, Act 5, Scene 1.
