A figure of Jim Crow standing on a circular gilt lined base, holding his right hand to his head and his left outstretched, wearing a hat, jacket, skirt, neckerchief, waistcoat and patched trousers. This figure can also be found titled ‘Jim Crow’ in gilt script. The source of this figure is an illustrated music front entitled ‘Jim Crow’, sung by Mr T Rice, with the most unbounded applause at the Surrey Theater, arranged with an accompaniment for the pianoforte.
