Queen Victoria Seated

Stock No: 001660

Height: 7 Inches / 18 cm

Reference: Harding Book 1, Page 171, Fig 493

A very rare figure of a seated Queen Victoria on a titled circular base with indented gilt capitals, Victoria with her left hand resting in her lap holding a book, her right arm across her waist, her foot resting on a cushion, wearing a crown, necklace, bodice, and long skirt, a sash across her waist. This figure is the centre piece to two other Alpha figures of the Prince and Princess, at the time of writing we hold these in stock. This figure has had an invisible professional repair to the Queens neck, it is the actual figure Harding used for the illustration in his book. It was made by the Alpha factory in Staffordshire, England c1845.
