A fine early Victorian figure of St Peter. This figure is unusual as it is found with a bocage. Saint Peter can be seen kneeling barefooted on a slab of rock in prayer, wearing a long robe and over-cloak, to his right is a cockerel upon a tree stump against which a large book (Bible) rests.
