A lovely figure of an English sailor standing cross-legged on a gilt lined base with his right arm to his side holding a Union Jack  flag, his right hand resting on his hip, wearing a hat, jacket, shirt, neckerchief, and trousers. To his side is an anchor. This rare figure is in excellent condition and was produced during the Crimean war c1854.
