An unusual and rare Staffordshire pottery pearlware glazed and enamel decorated figure depicting a boy child crying, standing on a burgundy lined square base, wearing a night gown, shirt, knee breaches, and stockings, his right arm outstretched, his left raised to his cheek wiping away a tear. Possibly attributed to the Enoch Wood Pottery c1820.

Current condition: Very good, professional invisible repair to the wrist on outstretched arm, no losses.
