A fine figure of Thomas Potter Cooke taken from a lithograph published in 1823 entitled “Mr T P Cooke as Ben Backstay”. He is standing with his left hand raised to his head holding a money-bag, his right rested on his hip, a boater to his right and an anchor behind, wearing a jacket, neckerchief, shirt and trousers. In excellent condition having no damage, repairs, or restoration. Made in Staffordshire, England, c1854.
