A figure of the Duke of Wellington standing on a stepped marbled pedestal base holding a scroll in his right hand, his left to his side holding a sword, wearing a cloak, tunic, breeches, and knee boots. There is an inscription to the rear of the base that reads “To the memory of the Duke of Wellington”. This figure was produced in 1852 to commemorate his passing that year. There is a memorial that was erected in Liverpool after his passing that resembles the figure.
