A small standing figure of a gentleman believed to possibly be William Palmer. The  diminutive figure of William Palmer standing on an oval base, his right arm across his chest, his left by his side resting on a pedestal, wearing a long jacket, neckerchief, waistcoat, and trousers. This figure is similar to the figure illustrated in Harding’s book.
