A delightful standing right facing pearlware cow with recumbent calf. Standing before a decorated bocage tree with pink/red flower heads on a grassy mound. The bocage is especially fine, and although this example is not marked, the bocage style is very similar to examples marked Salt. Made in Staffordshire, England c1820, this example has a professional invisible repair to the back of the tree, no losses and no other damage, repairs, or restoration.
