A superb example of girl seated wearing on open neck blouse and skirt, she is holding a sprig of grass with which she is feeding a goat. The figure is unrecorded in any book and is the lost pair to Harding’s reference, it has been fashioned as a spill vase. This example has a professional repair at the left hand and spill, no other damage, repairs, or restoration. Made in Staffordshire, England c1845 by the Alpha factory modeller.
