A fantastic and very rare Staffordshire figure of a Welsh woman, possibly representing Jenny Jones, fresh to the market and in fantastic condition, she is standing dressed in traditional Welsh attire, in her right hand she holds a pot while over her left arm she holds a basket, she wears a shawl, long skirt and has a Welsh hat on,  simply fantastic! This figure is in perfect original condition with no damage, repairs, or restoration, it was made c1850’s.
