A wonderful figure of Lady Macbeth standing on a titled circular base with black indented capitals, wearing a long dress and holding a handkerchief in her right hand. This figure of Lady Macbeth is based on the Tallis Shakespeare Gallery engravings, inscribed “Miss Glynn as Lady Macbeth,” Act 1, Scene 5.  A very rare figure which can be found in two sizes, this being the smaller version. The figure is complete with no losses, it has a professional invisible repair to the left wrist. Made in Staffordshire, England, by the Thomas Parr factory c1852.
