A fine and very well-modelled figure of Sir Charles Napier in naval dress, standing on a titled gilt lined base with raised gilt capitals, his right hand holding a cocked hat, his left by his side holding a cape, a sword by his hand, wearing a tunic with epaulettes and trousers, a sash across his chest and waist.  The modeling on this example is superb as is the decoration. Made in Staffordshire, England c1854, this figure is in repaired condition.
